Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment. The role emphasizes automation, security, and scalable platforms across AWS/Azure/GCP.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and shape internal tooling while collaborating with developers, AI engineers, QA, and DBAs across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps/SRE/platform engineering experience with production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Kubernetes and container tooling knowledge with multiple clouds.
• Strong scripting and SQL skills; comfortable with at least one cloud platform.
• Hands-on with observability stacks and PCI-compliant security practices.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments across environments.
• Design cloud infrastructure with Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters with Helm, ArgoCD, and Flux.
• Build observability dashboards and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Implement PCI-aware security and compliance controls.
• Lead incident response and post‑mortems to reduce toil and MTTR.
• Collaborate with developers on internal platform tooling and self‑service.
• Support ML/LLM workloads and data platforms as needed.
