AgileEngine, a PCI-compliant provider of cloud infrastructure and software solutions, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams. You will work across production services, ensuring secure, scalable operations in a PCI-regulated setting.

The role requires 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong CI/CD and IaC skills, plus hands-on Kubernetes, scripting, and cloud knowledge.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container tooling.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL skills and cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks like New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Solid understanding of cloud security and compliance in PCI-compliant or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams across time zones, including on-call rotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision – build the DevOps and observability roadmap for Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation for AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI with tests, security scans, blue-green/canary deploys, and rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) and workloads with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux, including autoscaling and secrets.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog for metrics, logs, and traces.
• Implement security and compliance controls: IAM, SSO, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code (OPA/Checkov), PCI patterns.
• Lead incident response with on-call, runbooks, post-mortems, and reliability improvements to reduce toil.
• Collaborate with developers on dev experience and internal tooling across India and U.S. teams.
• Contribute to design reviews and share knowledge across environments with product partners.
