Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and operate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data & AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. You will own end-to-end tooling and automation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across multiple time zones.

The role requires hands-on Kubernetes, IaC, and scripting expertise, plus strong collaboration skills. This is a 100% remote, international LATAM-friendly opportunity with competitive USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform engineering.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Kubernetes experience and container tooling.
• Strong scripting and cloud-platform knowledge, plus effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps strategy and roadmap for Data & AI teams.
• Design cloud infra as code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments with canaries and rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and manage workloads with Helm/ArgoCD/Flux.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security and PCI-compliant controls and runbooks.
• Collaborate with developers and AI engineers across teams.
