Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and run scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for Data & AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with developers and strong automation across multi-cloud platforms.

You will manage Kubernetes clusters, implement security practices, and drive reliability through incident response and on-call rotations while engaging with global teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL and cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry/ELK/Datadog.
• Understanding of cloud security/compliance in PCI or regulated environments.
• Ability to work independently and with teams across time zones, including on-call rotations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and run cloud infrastructure as code for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments with security scanning and canaries.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) with ArgoCD/Flux and Helm.
• Develop observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security controls including IAM, secrets management, and policy-as-code.
• Lead incident response with blameless post-mortems and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and data/AI teams across environments.
