AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. The role requires 4+ years in DevOps/SRE and hands-on experience with CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

The candidate will shape roadmaps, own pipelines, manage Kubernetes, and drive observability with modern tooling, while collaborating across global teams and time zones.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL; familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog).
• Understanding of cloud security and PCI-compliant environments.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, including on-call rotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision – build DevOps and observability roadmap for Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI with automation and secure deployments.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container workloads with Helm / ArgoCD / Flux.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security and compliance controls including IAM, SSO, secrets management, and PCI-aware patterns.
• Lead incident response, on-call, runbooks, blameless post-mortems, reducing MTTR.
• Collaborate with developers on internal platform tooling and self-service.
• Shape internal platform standards across India and U.S. teams.
• Participate in a collaborative DevOps environment across environments.
