Proofpoint is seeking a Senior DevOps and Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team in a hybrid role based in Córdoba, Argentina. You will own reliability, automation, and delivery of data pipelines and analytics capabilities, building cloud infrastructure, CI/CD tooling, and data workflows.

You will collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and security to design scalable solutions, improve toil with automation, and mentor junior engineers in DevOps and data engineering best practices.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on data engineering.

Mansioni

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AWS Glue ETL jobs and related data infra.
• Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using IaC (Terraform / CDK).
• Own observability stack with metrics, logs, and alerts for data pipelines.
• Develop data-ops self-service tooling and templates.
• Lead incident response for data platform outages.
