Job summary

Atomic HR is partnering with a marketing agency for education to hire a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing-oriented data pipelines. You will own ingestion from paid media and CRM, build a robust BigQuery warehouse, and develop modular dbt/Dataform transformations.

The role includes CI/CD, data segregation, and delivering reliable Looker Studio dashboards for education and nonprofit partners. You will collaborate with a growing Data & Analytics team, shaping the data backbone, and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering in marketing/agency
• SQL, BigQuery transformation and modeling
• dbt or Dataform pipelines with modular version control
• Python for API connections and automation
• CRM data flows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate)

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media to warehouse
• Own CRM integration ensuring clean lead/enrollment data flow
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery including schema design and optimization
• Own transformation pipelines in dbt/Dataform with standardized conventions
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and data segregation across multi-client environments
• Enable fast Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets reports for stakeholders
• Monitor data quality, resolve API breaks, and proactively flag risks
