Job summary

Speedrun Talent Network is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing analytics for a fully remote role. You'll own end-to-end data pipelines, CRM integrations, and the data warehouse, enabling reliable reporting for education and nonprofit clients.

The position emphasizes scalable architectures and data quality across multi-client environments. You will work with Adverity, Looker Studio, and Python-based connectors, contributing to CI/CD practices and transparent data governance while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency environments
• Strong experience with ETL pipelines, data ingestion and API integrations
• Advanced SQL (BigQuery) and data modeling
• Experience with dbt or Dataform and modular, version-controlled pipelines
• Python proficiency for custom connectors and automation
• CRM data flows with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture: connect APIs from paid media platforms into Adverity and build scalable pipelines
• Own CRM integration: maintain CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) into the data warehouse
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery: design schemas, manage partitioning and storage strategy
• Own transformation & mapping: develop SQL schemas for multi-channel data in dbt/Dataform
• Own CI/CD & data segregation: maintain GitHub Actions pipelines and enforce multi-client isolation
• Enable the reporting layer: create data views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports
