Job summary

Darwoft seeks a Senior Data Engineer focused on education and nonprofit marketing data to own ingestion, CRM connections, and data models. You will build scalable pipelines from paid media to a BigQuery warehouse, craft modular dbt/Dataform transformations, and enable Looker Studio dashboards for fast, reliable reporting.

The role emphasizes data quality, CI/CD discipline, and cross-team collaboration, with a remote LATAM setup and a strategic impact on client reporting ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency environments.
• Strong experience configuring data streams, transformations, and destinations in ETL platforms.
• Advanced SQL with BigQuery, data modeling and partitioning.
• Proficiency in Python for custom API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate) and marketing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM into Adverity and the warehouse.
• Build and maintain CRM data connections so leads and enrollments flow reliably into the warehouse.
• Design and optimize Google BigQuery schemas for multi-source marketing data.
• Develop modular, version-controlled dbt/Dataform pipelines with clear naming conventions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Create fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for clients.
