Job summary

1302 Argentina Delivery Center Company seeks a Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) for a remote role within a fast-growing education-focused agency. You will own data ingestion, CRM integration, and a scalable warehouse to power Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.

You'll work across multi-source marketing data, implement dbt/Dataform pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate with clients to translate reporting requirements into robust data models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing/agency
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or similar ETL
• SQL proficiency with BigQuery experience in transformation and modeling
• Expertise with dbt or Dataform and modular, version-controlled pipelines
• Python for API connections and automation
• CRM data flows and integrations (Salesforce/HubSpot/Slate)
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and multi-source schemas

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media to warehouse
• Own CRM integration to ensure clean lead/enrollment data flows
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery and design efficient schemas
• Own transformation & mapping with modular dbt/Dataform pipelines
• Manage CI/CD and data segregation for multi-client environments
• Enable the reporting layer for Looker Studio dashboards & automated sheets
• Monitor data quality, resolve API breaks and troubleshoot discrepancies
