Job summary

LatamCent is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing data. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, integrate CRM data, and optimize a BigQuery warehouse to Power Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.

The role emphasizes data quality and scalable, modular dbt/Dataform transformations. You will collaborate with the Data & Analytics Manager and client teams, supporting education and nonprofit partners while working remotely on LATAM projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency environments.
• Strong experience configuring data streams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL with proven BigQuery experience.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform and modular transformation pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid platform schemas.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media to warehouse.
• Maintain reliable CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Design and optimize data warehouse schemas in BigQuery with partitioning and clustering.
• Build SQL schemas for multi-source data in dbt/Dataform pipelines.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and data segregation across clients.
• Create clean data views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor pipeline health, validate data, and remediate quality issues across sources.
