Job summary

Darwoft partners with education-focused and nonprofit clients to build a scalable Data & Analytics backbone for marketing performance. The Senior Data Engineer will own end-to-end pipelines from paid media to CRM, feeding a BigQuery warehouse and Looker Studio dashboards.

You'll design modular dbt/Dataform transformations, maintain CI/CD and data segregation across multi-client environments, and ensure data quality for reliable reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering experience
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or similar ETL platforms
• Proficiency in SQL with BigQuery
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform pipelines
• Python for API connections and automation
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC)
• Strong Git and multi-client data environment governance

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from paid media platforms into Adverity and custom connectors
• Own CRM integration and reliable data connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) for warehouse data
• Own the data warehouse in Google BigQuery with efficient schemas and storage strategy
• Own transformation and mapping in modular dbt or Dataform pipelines
• Own CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and data segregation across multi-client environments
• Enable the reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and automated Google Sheets reports
• Drive data quality through monitoring, validation, and root-cause analysis across data layers
