Job summary

LatamCent is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a remote role focused on marketing data architecture for education clients. You will own end-to-end data pipelines from ad platforms and CRMs to a BigQuery warehouse, with modular dbt/Dataform transformations and Looker Studio reporting.

You'll collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to scale automated reporting, ensure data quality, and enable insights for education and nonprofit partners while maintaining strict data segregation across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience.
• Experience configuring datastreams and destinations in ETL platforms (Adverity or comparable).
• SQL, BigQuery transformation, partitioning and modeling.
• Proficiency with dbt or Dataform pipelines.
• Python for API connections and pipeline automation.
• CRM data flows integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Understanding marketing metrics and paid platform schemas.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from ad platforms to warehouse.
• Own CRM data connections and lead/enrollment data flow into the warehouse.
• Manage data warehouse in BigQuery with efficient schemas and partitioning.
• Build modular SQL transformations with dbt/Dataform across clients.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce data segregation.
• Create data views for Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets reports.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies across layers.
