Job summary

AgileEngine seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment.

You will design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure, manage container workloads with ECS/Fargate, and develop reusable Terraform modules and Jenkins pipelines. Strong scripting and security practices are required, with on‑call rotations and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, highly available AWS infrastructure.
• Manage containerized workloads using ECS/Fargate, ALB/NLB, and autoscaling.
• Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules and Jenkins/Groovy CI/CD pipelines.
• Operate and optimize streaming platforms, data infrastructure, and distributed systems.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and proactive incident resolution.
• Continuously optimize AWS costs through resource right-sizing and cost-conscious architecture decisions.
• Automate operational processes using Python, Bash, and AWS Lambda.
• Strengthen infrastructure security and CI/CD security controls.
• Own infrastructure projects end-to-end, from design to documentation and ongoing support.
• Create runbooks and documentation for first-level support teams.
