Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Senior Client Partner to identify and develop growth opportunities within an assigned portfolio of existing accounts and ensure client satisfaction by cultivating strong, trust-based client relationships.

Responsibilities include account planning, market intelligence gathering, and managing all stages of sales opportunities, including pitches, negotiations, and renewals. Travel to USA and Canada is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in IT services/consulting, project-based solution selling.
• 2+ years in a sales role within a service company.
• Fluent/Advanced English communication.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive account expansion.
• Lead preparation of pitches, RFIs, RFPs, and commercial proposals; define win themes.
• Manage account plans, stakeholder maps, and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and report on account status and development activities.
