N-iX CTO Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to shape technology direction, guide cross-functional initiatives, and enable high-impact delivery. You will lead complex engagements from discovery to implementation, mentor architects, and contribute to growth across accounts.

This role demands hands-on delivery experience, consulting excellence, and the ability to scale architectural impact across multiple teams and global accounts. Flexible work options available.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
• 3+ years in architecture leadership or principal-level roles in IT service/consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact consultancy engagements with global enterprise clients.
• Experience building solutions from scratch for large-scale distributed systems (team size 30+, 12+ months).
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture with hands-on experience in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong background in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed system design.
• Track record of coaching, mentoring and team enablement in a matrixed/consulting environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with engineers and executives.
• Fluent in modern delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, IaC.
• English - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture visioning across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Drive frameworks, methodologies and reusable assets for solution delivery.
• Build and mentor architecture and engineering teams across accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor to client C-level executives on digital strategy and roadmaps.
• Govern architecture across portfolio for best practices and long-term value.
• Lead discovery phases, assessments, workshops, and architecture audits.
• Own solution proposals during pre-sales and upsales including technical vision and risk management.
• Lead project execution ensuring delivery aligns with vision.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and align with client needs.
• Act as Chief Architect and lead a team of architects on complex accounts.
