Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Account Management or Client Success in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing North American B2B client accounts in a multi-client retainer model.
• Strong English communication and KPI-driven performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and maintain high NPS scores.
• Manage accounts to minimize churn and drive satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells while ensuring timely renewals.
• Ensure onboarding milestones are completed and clients adopt Jumpfactor products and services.
• Lead client calls and provide clear, transparent performance updates.
• Escalate and resolve issues with a solution-focused approach.
