Resilientco seeks a Senior Technical Business Analyst to own end-to-end BA delivery across ServiceNow, Power Platform, and .NET/web apps. Embedded in Agile/Scrum squads, you will lead ceremonies, translate business needs into platform solutions, and drive automation across a global delivery footprint.

You will own UAT, design testing strategies, and identify AI/automation opportunities with measurable ROI. Strong stakeholder management and cross-region collaboration are required.

Formación

• 4+ years of BA experience delivering technology projects that resulted in shipped software.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management in Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Power BI.
• Experience with ServiceNow (CSM/ITSM/HRSD) UAT.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience across global delivery and multiple time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder discovery via interviews and workshops.
• Decompose epics into user stories and maintain backlog in ADO.
• Design UAT strategy and coordinate testers; own UAT sign-off.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities (Now Assist/GenAI; Power Automate).
• Map as-is and to-be processes; perform gaps and root-cause analysis.
• Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Bridge requirements with platform capabilities for ServiceNow, Power Platform, and .NET.
• Manage sponsors, product owners, and cross-region stakeholders; surface risks.
• Produce standard documentation: specs, maps, data flows, runbooks.
• Mentor junior BAs and interns; enforce ADO hygiene and documentation.
