Bridgenext is seeking a Senior Agile Business Analyst to join our tax platform development project for a multinational client. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and document business requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria, applying Agile practices.
Candidates based in Argentina or Colombia, with 5+ years in Agile software development as a Business Analyst and strong English communication will fit; experience with Azure DevOps and AI-assisted
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in Agile software development as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, ADO).
Responsabilidades
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for the tax platform.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical alignment.
- Use data analysis and visualization to support decision making.
