Bridgenext is seeking a Senior Agile Business Analyst to join a tax platform development project for a multinational client. You will elicit and document business requirements, translate them into technical tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.

You will lead the creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, participate in Agile ceremonies, and use Azure DevOps to manage the backlog.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile software development as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, and Azure DevOps).
• Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience using AI tools across the SDLC; SDLC-driven development approaches preferred.

Position Description

We are seeking a Senior Agile Business Analyst to join our team for a tax platform development project supporting our multinational professional services client. As Senior Agile Business Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the tax platform meets business requirements and aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for the tax platform
• Use Agile methodologies to facilitate collaboration and communication between the business and development teams
• Create and maintain project documentation, such as user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements
• Use data analysis and visualization tools to provide insights into business performance and inform decision-making
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the tax platform and provide guidance to team members
• Provide status updates to project stakeholders and elevate issues as needed
• Continuously improve the Agile process and team performance by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage the project backlog, track progress, and report on project status

Workplace: This is a remote position for candidates based in Colombia or Argentina only

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Agile software development as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements and create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experienced in usage of AI tools across the SDLC; SDD (spec-driven development) preferred, e.g. creation of skills, usage of skills/mcp tools for integrating with tracking applications, familiarity with iterative cycles of specs improvements, etc.
