Willis Towers Watson Argentina seeks an Innovation PMO & Business Solutions SR. Analyst to drive digital transformation by leading PMO, process improvement, and automation initiatives across regions.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on solution design using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will build and deploy low-code/no-code workflows, MVPs, and production solutions, partner with IT and business teams, and ensure benefits realization through governance, KPIs, and change

Formación

• 3–5 years of PMO, project management, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects with complex stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible improvements through technology and process optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience building low-code/no-code solutions using Power Platform.
• Experience in BPMN, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate strategic transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives across regions and countries.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Establish PMO standards with governance, KPI tracking, reporting, and benefits realization.
• Drive end-to-end project execution from inception to implementation.
• Facilitate governance and stakeholder engagement to enable decision making.
