AccelOne is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a 3-month, full-time engagement for a US-based real estate platform. This role will translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for web-based applications and integrated systems, collaborating with stakeholders, end users, and development teams.

You should combine solid BA skills with technical understanding of APIs, middleware, data payloads, and CRM integrations, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven ability gathering requirements for front-end and web applications.
• Experience working with stakeholders, end users, and development teams.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, middleware, integrations, and data payloads.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Professional English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with business stakeholders and end users to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for front-end and web applications.
• Create clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, QA, product, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Understand system interactions involving front-end applications, APIs, middleware, and CRM platforms.
• Read, understand, and help define API request/response payloads and data structures.
• Support requirements related to system integrations and data exchange between applications.
• Participate in backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for workflow and process improvements.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
• Support clarification of requirements throughout development, testing, and delivery.
