EY Global Delivery Services seeks an experienced HR Business Analyst with Power Platform expertise to partner with Talent leadership across the United States and beyond. You will drive analytics, reporting, and process automation using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, while guiding cross‑border teams and managing multiple workstreams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required.
• Added advantage: Diploma in Data Analytics or Talent Analytics

Responsabilidades

• Consult with US senior talent leadership and stakeholders to understand objectives and opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions for improvement and automation.
• Translate business needs into requirements, documentation, roadmaps, and plans.
• Build trusted relationships with Talent leaders and analytics teams to inform decisions.
• Independently manage multiple complex projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Analyze Talent data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and present actionable insights.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and visuals to communicate findings clearly.
• Guide design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption of automation solutions with Power Platform and AI tools.
• Generate practical ideas to improve efficiency, user experience, reporting, and stakeholder adoption.
• Develop process docs, training materials, adoption plans, and governance resources.
