Assurant, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Solutions & Automations team. In this role you will optimize procurement platforms, enhance workflows, and drive automation initiatives that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

You will work with global stakeholders and gain exposure to enterprise systems and AI-enabled solutions. You will lead UAT, collaborate with IT and business teams, and translate requirements into actionable system changes while supporting

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years experience with ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar workflow platforms.
• Experience in system testing, UAT, and automation workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support system testing activities, including UAT.
• Create, configure, and track assessments in ServiceNow and Oracle.
• Support day-to-day workflow execution and system operations.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into solutions.
