AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams in a large Salesforce environment, focused on Service Cloud. You will own requirements from discovery through delivery, translating business needs into user stories and functional specs.

The role requires process mapping, stakeholder facilitation, and UAT coordination, with strong skills in requirements elicitation, BRDs, and agile delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in technology-driven environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills, including user stories, BRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong ability in business process modeling and analysis.
• Proven stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Experience in UAT planning, coordination, and defect management.
• CRM platforms experience, Salesforce preferred, or comparable enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with system integrations, data flows, and API-based connectivity.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery experience and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a cross-functional team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Map current-state and future-state business processes using BPMN and data flows.
• Facilitate requirements review sessions and maintain traceability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, architects, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
• Support UAT by developing test scenarios and coordinating testing cycles.
• Analyze data and system configurations to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate impact of proposed changes across dependent systems and processes.
• Provide input into integration requirements for third-party platforms and APIs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
• Produce and maintain BRDs, process maps, decision logs, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support change management and stakeholder communication for new features.
• Deliver documentation within established timelines and adhere to standards for requirements management.
