AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, validate data sources, and communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization. This role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and data-warehousing experience, plus hands-on use of AI coding tools and remote collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience in large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience with model maintenance or migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
