AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

In this role you will develop dashboards and data visualizations, analyze big data, validate data sources, and translate complex findings into actionable business narratives. You’ll work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tooling to deliver strategic insights with urgency and quality.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
