Job summary

AgileEngine seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn large datasets into clear insights. You will build dashboards and reports for senior leaders and product teams, leveraging SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI-assisted tooling.

The role emphasizes ownership, strategic thinking, and strong customer collaboration in a remote-friendly environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years SQL, 3+ years Tableau, and experience with data warehousing, Excel/Sheets, and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to validate and maintain data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
