AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop data visualizations, analyze trends, validate data sources, and interact with customers to gather requirements, driving decisions with a strategic, operational mindset.

You will work with SQL, Tableau (including Streamlit migrations), Python, and AI coding tools, plus Excel, to support fast, accurate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience, with ability to write and optimize queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining models or migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision‑making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
