AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role focuses on building dashboards and reports, owning data models, and driving strategic data initiatives across remote teams.

You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools to deliver actionable analytics, while collaborating with customers to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
