AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data modeling, data quality, and SQL/ETL processes while collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes advanced SQL and Tableau development, Python, and the use of AI coding tools, with flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• :
• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Prior practical, hands-on experience using AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilités

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
