AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end BI solutions, from data sourcing to visualization, with a focus on business impact.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work in a remote-friendly environment, and contribute to modern analytics initiatives using SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tooling.

Formación

• 5+ years of SQL development experience and optimization across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across work.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
