Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data visualization projects and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, and Python skills, practical data warehousing experience, and comfort using AI coding tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development including migration to Streamlit.
• 3+ years of Python development experience.
• AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor experience across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad‑hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision‑making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
