Job summary

Sterlington is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of data migration initiatives for a major client. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining approaches and controls, and managing risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

Fluent English is required for interviews and daily work; the position is 100% remote with UTC working hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). CVs should be submitted in English from Argentina/La Pampa.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• ERP migration experience, preferably with S/4HANA.
