AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role focuses on building dashboards and reports, with SQL, Tableau, and Python driving data-driven decisions.

You will identify data sources, validate models, and communicate complex insights to varied audiences. The position offers flexible remote/office options and opportunities to work on Fortune 500 and top product initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience with large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience and model maintenance or migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
