BairesDev in Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, design data models, and deliver visuals, while integrating data from Snowflake and SAP HANA in an Agile, distributed environment with remote and office options.

Strong SQL, DAX, and data modeling skills are required to translate business needs into scalable analytics.

• 4+ years of professional experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling capabilities.
• Proficient in DAX and visualization best practices.
• Experience translating business requirements into data solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams.

• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics and visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to source data and ensure availability.
