Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.
The role requires strong SQL development, Tableau expertise, Python, and experience with AI coding tools. You will work in a remote-friendly environment with flexible scheduling and close collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SQL development experience.
- 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
- Hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
- 2+ years of Snowflake development experience (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
- Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
- Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
