Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data visualizations, collaborate across functions, and shape analytics strategy with a focus on business impact.

You should bring 5+ years SQL development, 3+ years Tableau, Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools. Flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience
• Python development experience
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting
• Experience using remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA)

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
• Identify and validate data sources for reliable insights
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service
