AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data trends, validate data sources, and interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver outstanding service. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, urgency, and high-quality, actionable insights for business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience and ability to optimize SQL queries on large data sets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience and maintain/migrate Tableau models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing and research.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
