AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams, building dashboards and reports with advanced SQL, Tableau, and Python. The role emphasizes automation, data warehousing, and collaboration using remote tools to drive business impact.

The ideal candidate will advance data-driven decision making across the organization, work with AI coding tools, and maintain accuracy of data models while partnering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development; maintain or migrate models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
