Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data, and partner with stakeholders across the company, leveraging Python, AI tools, Tableau, Snowflake, and Streamlit to deliver actionable insights. Own data sources, maintain models, and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
