Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, transforming large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop and optimize SQL queries, maintain Tableau models or migrate them to Streamlit, and collaborate across remote teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA. Strong data warehousing knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor for coding tasks.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid data warehousing and data pipeline understanding.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams via GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
• 2+ years of Snowflake development experience (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure insight accuracy.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
