AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards, reports, and insights from large datasets for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL development, Tableau visualization, Python coding, and AI tools usage within a data-driven culture.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with data warehousing, data pipelines, and collaborating via remote tools, delivering clear narratives and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain/validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub/Slack/JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improvements.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Navigate ambiguity, set strategy, and translate data into actionable insights for leaders.
