AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own the end-to-end BI pipeline, maintain data models, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes SQL/Tableau excellence, hands-on Python, and familiarity with AI coding tools, with flexible flextime and remote/office options.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years Tableau development, including hands-on maintenance or migration work to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
