AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data trends, and validate data sources to ensure accuracy while collaborating with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service. The role emphasizes ownership, strategic thinking, and effective communication of complex data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience with models or migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.
