AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will build dashboards, optimize data models, and deliver strategic analyses that inform business decisions.

The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tool usage, with data warehousing, collaboration across distributed teams, and a strong English requirement. Flexible, remote-friendly work options are available.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
