Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop data visualizations and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making, while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with urgency. Flexible remote and office options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migrating models as needed.
• Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI tools.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
