AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop scalable BI solutions, analyze trends, and validate data sources while engaging with customers to gather requirements and deliver impactful service.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of urgency in a remote-friendly environment with flexible office options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience collaborating via GitHub/Slack/JIRA.
