Job summary

AgileEngine is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop SQL-driven dashboards, maintain Tableau models, and apply Python for data tasks while leveraging AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor to accelerate analysis and delivery. This role emphasizes clear storytelling and collaboration in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities
