AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into insights for senior leaders and product teams. You’ll lead data visualization efforts and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business improvements.

You will develop and validate data models, run ad-hoc analyses in Excel/Sheets, and work with remote tools to maintain data quality. Strong SQL, Tableau, and Python skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience
• Prior hands-on Python development experience
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA)

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
